What is a Virtual Assistant?   

A virtual assistant is an independent contractor that can provide services to businesses remotely. By doing so, this will save money on office space, benefits, and paid time off.

What services do you offer?

 I specialize in Project Management, customer experience and event coordination. However, ad hoc services may be open for discussion. For more details, select  Services(Insert link) 

What are your hours?

Typically, my hours are Monday-Friday from 8a-4p CDT

What is the best way to stay in contact with you? 

Email is preferred, but am open to using instant message, Zoom, phone, Slack or whatever works best for you. I’m here to make things easier, not harder.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

Invoices are sent via PayPal. A Paypal account is NOT required, and any major credit card can be used. 

What entails during the discovery call? 

The discovery call is a chance where we’ll get to know each other personally and professionally. It will help me get a better understanding of what you’re looking for in your business and see if my services would be a good fit to help you grow!
