Customer Support

 

Customers are vital to the livelihood of your business. I can provide the ‘white glove” service to current or potential customers by going above and beyond their expectations.

  • Lead the on-boarding and launch of new customers while serving as their primary point of contact

  • Serve as the ‘voice of the customer’ by providing internal feedback on how to better serve them to maximize customer value and retention

  • Own the creation of internal and customer-facing processes, programs, and materials to improve the quality and efficiency of your business

  • Manage feedback provided by customers’ via email, chat, social media,  blog or other communications setup within your business

  • Point of contact for any service related issues

  • Create, manage,  and analyze customer surveys

  • Maintain database for customer loyalty and customer appreciation programs

 

Event Coordination

Let me be responsible for leading the development and implementation of live and virtual event experiences including webcasts, webinars and event design concepts, that facilitate an unmatched customer experience.

 
  • Communicate effectively and timely between internal teams, speakers, and vendors to meet deadlines and objectives that are met leading up to the event.

  • Manage the distribution of all course materials including welcome letters, presentations, instructions for using Teams, Zoom, Slack

  • Main point of contact for  Speakers and participants booked for each event. Stay in close contact from the moment of confirmation until the event runs; managing all pre-event questions, concerns,or comments from the Speakers and participants.

  • Ensure technical issues/concerns are addressed for the event

  • Actively monitor time during the event to make certain event stays on task

  • Facilitate of event date selection, site preference, booking options, and necessary details related to onsite needs
